These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, software and messaging services provided by SEER Business Systems ("SEER", "we", "us"), including our WhatsApp messaging and order-desk tools (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. The Services
SEER provides tools that let businesses manage customer conversations and send order and service updates through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), including connecting an existing WhatsApp Business app number ("coexistence").
2. Your account and responsibilities
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the content of messages you send. You agree to comply with the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and all applicable laws.
3. Messaging rules
You will only message customers who have given you their number and permission to contact them. Marketing messages will only be sent to customers who have opted in, and you will honour opt-out requests promptly. You will not send spam, unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
4. Third-party services
The Services rely on Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook) and other providers. Their terms and availability also apply, and we are not responsible for their outages or policy decisions. Meta's messaging charges are billed as described in your WhatsApp Business account.
5. Data
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Instructions for deleting data are at Data Deletion Instructions.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to the Services if you breach these Terms or Meta's policies. You may stop using the Services and disconnect your WhatsApp number at any time.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SEER is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party platforms.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The latest version will always be on this page with its "Last updated" date.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, India have jurisdiction.
