How to request deletion of data that SEER Business Systems apps and services have collected, including data received through Facebook Login and the WhatsApp Business Platform.
SEER Business Systems ("SEER") respects your right to control your data. This page explains how to request deletion of data that our apps and services have collected, including data received through Facebook Login and the WhatsApp Business Platform.
What data we may hold
- Business account details (name, email, phone, business name) provided when connecting to our services
- WhatsApp conversation data (messages, media, delivery statuses) and contact names for businesses that connected their WhatsApp number to our services
- Access tokens and account identifiers received from Meta
How to request deletion
- Email nanban@seerbusiness.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
- Include your name, the email or phone number linked to your account, and (if applicable) the WhatsApp business phone number.
- We will confirm your request within 7 days and delete the data within 30 days, except data we must keep by law (for example tax or invoicing records).
If you connected through Facebook / WhatsApp
You can also remove our app's access at any time:
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → remove "SEER Business Systems".
- WhatsApp Business app: Settings → Account → Business Platform → Disconnect.
Removing access stops new data flowing to us. To delete data already stored, send the email request above.
